1. God factor.
2. Human factor.
3. Environmental factor.
1. GOD-FACTOR
Aliko Dangote,the richest man in Africa,wanted to go on a business trip in a commercial flight along side with Late Arch bishop Benson Idahosa of blessed memory and there was only one ticket left. The business mogul forfeited his ticket for the late bishop to go and preach the gospel. The bishop prayed for him that "the world will stand up for him just as he did for him". Today the prayers have come to pass. The name Dangote, is now a household name.
The God factor is the most important factor in any business. Any business that God is not involved in,will soon hit the rock. Outside of God, breakthrough is not achieved. The moment you acknowledge God as the sole proprietor of the business and partner with Him, nothing will be able to resist the business.
  To commit God in your business, you must
a) Have integrity in business
Integrity in business most be your watchword if you want to be above others. Let your yes be yes and your no be no. It's only the blessings of God that makes rich and adds no sorrow to it. You can not really go far by crooked means.
b) Destroy your alternatives
Stop putting your trust and confidence in humans. Man is limited, he can only help you to the degree to which he or she is capable. Focus strictly on God. If God can not help you, nobody can.
c) Ask for divine direction
I read in Late Kenneth E. Hagin's book of a successful business mogul who has never made a wrong investment in business. According to him, before he embarks on any new business deal, he will lock himself up in his upper room and ask for direct from God and wait till he gets a green signal in his inward witness.
   Profit making is all about knowing where the business opportunities are. You need God to guide you. Spend quality time with God before embarking on any business transactions. Commit your customers and clients to His hands.
d) Kingdom investment
Until you invest in  kingdom of God, you can not get maximum returns on your investments. Be committed to God's business, if you want Him to be committed to your own business. It is your service that commands His blessings.

There is always what to do, success is not wished for. Success in business is a function of God crowning our efforts.

a) Be a man of vision
Vision is the ability to see into the future. Until there is a vision for expansion or growth, the business will remain on the same spot. Vision helps your creativity and you automatically become a man of initiative. Your business can not be bigger than your vision.
b) Possess the right attitude
Your attitude matters to everything in life and business. You must possess the right attitude towards your customers and business. Be diligent ,humble, prompt, available , disciplined, respectful to your clients. Always wear a smiling face.
c) Have a good relationship with your employees
Your employees matter to the success of your business. The way you treat them determines how they treat your business. When you don't value people, your business will die.
d) Go for wisdom
Wisdom is the principal thing in any business. Wisdom is the right application of knowledge. Go for wisdom on how to package your products for good sales, how to be sensitive to the needs of your environment, when to open or close, how to reward your staffs and customers.
e) Be committed
Life will not just give you what you want but what you demand from it. A wise man said " things don't just happen, things are made to happen. You must commit your time, energy, skills and resources to your business.
3 ENVIRONMENTAL FACTOR
Your business environment is crucial to the breakthrough the business will record. Sensitivity to your business environment is therefore Important. Your environment is your location, community, customers, and business opportunities around you. You should be able to tell what is needed, how it is needed , when and where it is needed in terms of the environment.
